With over 35 years of international experience helping families heal — as a board-certified hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, and now MEMI-certified — I was drawn to MEMI because of its elegant alignment with what I’ve always believed: healing doesn’t have to mean reliving the pain.
My practice centres on two groups close to my heart: struggling teens and families in crisis, and first responders and military personnel navigating PTSD. The latter holds particular significance — growing up in a military family, I witnessed firsthand the profound ripple effects of PTSD on those who serve and the people who love them. Whether it’s a young person overwhelmed by anxiety and trauma, or a veteran carrying the weight of service, MEMI offers a powerful, client-centred pathway to release what’s holding them back — safely and without re-traumatisation.
What excites me most about MEMI is its accessibility and gentleness. In my practice — appropriately called The Safe Place — I combine MEMI with hypnotherapy, NLP, and a solid grounding in neuroscience and polyvagal theory to meet each client exactly where they are. For teens especially, who often struggle to articulate their experiences, MEMI provides a route to resolution that honours their boundaries.
Based in the US with British roots, I work with clients worldwide — and I’m honored to bring MEMI into that work as another way of helping families heal.
