Detailed Information

Hello, I’m Michelle! I’m a psychotherapist, Inner Authority coach, and speaker working with women and organisations ready to move beyond survival-driven patterns and into grounded, self-led authority.

My work sits at the intersection of psychotherapy and coaching – integrating clinical psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), BodyTalk, and goal-directed identity development to support change that is stabilising, safe and forward-moving while working not just the mind, but the whole body’s intelligence. My clinical hobby is in money trauma and financial shame –  with an understanding that our relationship with money is rarely just about numbers.

I came to this work through my own lived experience of navigating a debilitating eating disorder and burnout in my 20s, and the depth of those experiences have largely shaped my practice and interactions with clients.

Across my work with individuals, couples, and organisations, my field credentials include trauma-informed modalities including Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) and Brain Switch 2.0, alongside Gottman Couples Therapy Level 2, advanced maternal mental health (Postpartum Support International), suicide intervention, Master Practitioner of NLP (Society of NLP) and a 300-hour Yoga Alliance certification.

I currently sit on the adjunct faculty at Nanyang Technological University and deliver wellbeing programmes for Singapore Management University. The impact of my work has reached over 50,000 people across Singapore and Asia, with multiple and regular features across news outlets and podcasts.
