Detailed Information

I’m passionate about Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) as a gentle, quick and lasting therapy for trauma, anxiety and other issues that hold us back from being the person we know we can be.

We’re so used to traditional modalities where clients are asked to talk about their trauma or issues repeatedly, and then told that they need to change how they think. It’s no wonder so many clients drop out of such therapy – it’s upsetting, expensive and takes far too long.

With MEMI, we go straight to the source – the limbic system in the brain. Studies, and my own experience with clients, have shown that goal-directed eye movements like MEMI permanently reduce the vividness and emotional intensity of a memory. Even now, I’m constantly amazed and moved by the dramatic changes I see in clients within just one session. After years of struggle, they are finally able to move on with their lives.

Please get in touch if you’d like to find out more about MEMI or refer a client to me for a one-off MEMI session.

PLEASE NOTE: Beginning June 1, 2024, all MEMI training webinars will be hosted permanently on this website! Between now and then, they will be temporarily unavailable for purchase as we move them from the Arizona Trauma Institute website.
